Class: Paris in the Springtime with Shay Silva

Join Shay this Saturday afternoon and create two elegant, Paris-themed cards that beautifully demonstrate the versatility of one stamp.  A favorite feature in the Stampington publications called With One Stamp or A Different Point of View, looks at how many different ways an image can be used to make a number of cards that may or may not have common themes.  Shay goes one better by showing you how to do this in person.  Each card is exquisite, but showcases different embellishments and techniques to give it very different finishes.  Paris is always a favorite card making subject for any occasion and these cards will prove to be a lovely gift for a special recipient.

Add the following items to your kit, if you have them:  foam tape or dimensional pop dots, Distress Ink in Black Soot, Glossy Accents, various Copic markers to color the flowers, and Fabri-Tac Glue.

Class: Flower Workshop with Kathy Rosecrans

Prepare for Spring by joining Kathy Saturday morning and she'll show you how to create a number of handmade flowers perfect for adorning cards, layouts, packages, gift bags, clothing, brooches, and headbands...the list is endless.  We shell out lots of cash for those pretty flower embellishments sold in the big box craft stores, but these can be fashioned from almost any type of material and are far more beautiful than anything picked up off a store shelf.  Plus, they're handmade and you just can't beat that.  How about filling a decorated box with these little beauties and giving them to your favorite crafter as a gift?  Whatever you use them for, you don't want to miss this class!

Bring your favorite brads or gems for interesting flower centers and if you have any fun material laying about your craft room, bring it along and transform it into a stunning embellishment.  Also, be sure to add a small bottle of FabriTac to your class kit.

Kathy taught this class previously and it was wildly popular.  She's repeating it due to popular demand, so it will fill up quickly.  Call the shop today and add your name to the list!
